At Beyond Fit you or your athlete will participate in a one of a kind program that will develop the WHOLE athlete. Speed, Agility, Strength and Explosiveness are only some of the great benefits we will help your athlete to develop.

From the moment you walk in these doors we will provide you with the tools, coaching and encouragement you need to be an exceptional athlete. Every athlete is given a customized program that is designed for their sport and what they need to develop to take their game to the next level.

Every Session Your Athlete Will Receive:

  • Mobility and flexibility training so they can move better and stay healthy
  • Speed and Agility training so you can blast past competitors and change directions easily
  • Power development so you can be the most explosive player on the field
  • Strength Training to outwork your competition and always be on top!

Unlike other programs where there is a generic program for athletes to follow by themselves, we provide a custom program where they will be coached from the moment they walk into the moment they leave with a program designed just for them! Your athlete will never be lost in a large group, as our groups remain small and intimate with a 5-1 coach to athlete ratio.


With Beyond Fit's Athlete Development program you will head into your next season a whole new athlete. Faster, Stronger and more dominant!

​We offer a variety of training options for youth athletes that fit all schedules and budgets! Our goal isn’t to overwhelm young athletes with countless hours of training, stacked on top of their homework and extra-curricular activities- we want them to have a good balance, so they can continue to have fun while developing themselves as an athlete!
