During Open Gym, members can come in and make up a missed workout or work on a skill or lift they would like to spend more time practicing.
Strength training can help many different members and athletes, that includes runners, swimmers, and cyclists.
Perhaps our main program is not what you are looking for but you’d still like to get stronger and help prevent injuries.
Open Gym is a time when people can work on whatever they want to at Beyond Fit. They have access to all the equipment, and do their own training at their own speed.
I am there each day if you have any questions about any particular type of training equipment we have.
