i swear I'll get to who we are, but first here is who we aren't...

  • We're not a bootcamp gym where trainers wearing a headset yell at you to push harder, even though you want to throw up.
  • We're not a bootcamp gym where you're thrown into an insane workout with a high risk of injuring yourself.
  • We're not one of those group exercise classes that you can take at LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Retro Fitness, Snap Fitness, in a church, on the side of the road, out someone's car, etc. 
  • We're not a gym that will shove you into a room with 30 other people moving in unison, leaving you feel like you're the only person without coordination or rhythm.

Who we are and what we offer...

  • We have educated and empathic coaches that want you to leave everyday feeling BETTER than when you walked in.
  • We offer Small Group Personal Training where we'll write you a workout based on your current ability level (Not just throwing you to the wolves of a bootcamp class), and hold your hand every step of the way.
  • We keep group training sessions small (limited to 8 people) in order to ensure everyone receives the individualized attention they need and deserve. 
  • We hold each of our members accountable, so when you don't show up, you know to expect a text/phone call. (Coach Ty will even show up at your house if you ghost him...no joke).
  • We work with each member on a personal level, provide personal goals and know where & when to push you in order to reach your personal goals. 
  • Fun, accepting, supportive community (and we aren't just saying that because every other gym says their community sets them apart, we actually mean it.)

here's what's included:

Here's what is included:
  • Nutrition plan literally written for YOU. No matter what your nutritional preferences we'll help you get the best results for YOU (Not a plan that some meathead wrote that forces you to eat tilapia and asparagus 9 times a day)
  • Workout Plan written for YOU. This is personal training, NOT bootcamp. Your coach will write a workout that's designed exactly for you (beginners, this is the best way to workout and not get hurt!)
  • Accountability(hand holding)! We (the owner and staff of the gym) will NOT let you fail. This isn't the kind of gym that just runs your card and hopes you don't show up (yes, that's what most gyms do)... We want you here consistently or we'll give you a refund

​PPPS. We seriously only have a couple spots left. We offer personal training (We won't just toss you into a huge group of super fit people), so unless we hire another coach to our staff we can't give you the best program possible with too many people. Get in while you can!
