What is our Beginner's Program all about?!
Our brand new “Beginners Program” at the gym if there is enough interest. It’s for people who maybe have been out of the gym a long time or have NEVER worked out before and struggle getting started.
We meet every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm and the session runs to 7:00pm. You are also welcome to attend a Saturday workout with our main members as well.
The program is designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable with basic free weight & body weight exercises. You will learn about strength movements, which are essential to adding tone and firming up those unwanted "saggy" or "flabby" areas (arms, stomach, thighs).
You will also learn about our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Bodyweight Cardio workouts. These workouts are essential to melting fat, dropping pounds and inches and for increasing your endurance. You'll be able to go up the stairs without being out of breath.
We do all of the work for you, all you need to do is show up. =)

The price of the program is reflective of everything you get when you join the program. We are looking for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and their health! The program size is limited to only 8 people, so everyone receives the same amount of Professional Coaching (aka Personal Training). We help you go from zero to one-hundred in just 4 weeks, with guaranteed results.
We are extremely selective with the clients we allow into this program, which is the reason we host "Info Meetings" the Friday and Saturday before the program begins.
