Anabolic Fasting


Anabolic fasting is a lifestyle. We live this! Anabolic fasting can be used to break through a plateau, weight loss OR muscle building. It can also help increase your energy levels, decrease your meal prep time and simplify your results. 
There is NO calorie or Marco-nutrient counting.
The program should not be mistaken for Intermittent Fasting, as high carb foods are saved for nighttime and weekends.
