Rules of Participation
1. Participants must take a before picture with the tape measure at in a visible position.
2. Weekly food and exercise logs are due each week.
3. Attend 3 classes minimum each week.
4. Workout 3-5 days per week, even when traveling.
5. Participate 100%. Your results are a result of the effort you give during the program.
6. Have fun! Enjoy your family and friends during the holidays while also working towards loving yourself.

We value your time, so in an effort to promote your success in the completion of the program, we have designed "Quick Fit" 30 minute, muscle toning and fat burning workouts.
These workouts aren't for the weak willed people!
The workouts are designed by a certified professional to literally kick you a$$, but free from injury. You are encouraged to push as hard as you can, but also to take a breather if you need it. We understand everyone works at different levels and at different capacities. That is perfectly normal and accepted.
However
We will not accept someone going easy on themselves, that is exactly how we get to our breaking point! So be prepared to get called out on your lack of effort.
