Benefits of membership
Beyond Fit is not just a gym, we are a supportive and inviting community of like-minded individuals. All of our classes are kept small to ensure each member receives one-on-one attention from our trainers.
Our mission is to not only support the community within the four walls, but the community which surrounds us. Each month we provide an incentive (5k, workout challenge, etc.) to support local causes. Stop by today to by to become a BEyond fiTTER today.
1. Lose weight- Our program includes a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts – a modality proven to regulate metabolism and thyroid function. HIIT is a critical component to the whole weight lose/ get fit package.
2. Have more energy- Our class will help you train to resist fatigue, which will give you more energy to cope with the demands of your busy modern life.
3. Feel Good- Lower intensity, aerobic workouts are proven to release endorphins that make us feel good. So we don’t ‘go hard or go home’ every single workout, to ensure improvements of mood permanently.
4. Reduce or eliminate joint pain- Workouts that employ a high resistance for low rep ranges strengthen bones and muscles. It will improve your posture and significantly reduce or eliminate most common joint problems such as lower back pain and arthritis.
5. Stress Relief- Our classes include interval training at a moderate intensity, simply because it has a hormone stabilization effect that lowers stress. Our group class is a great modality for stress relief and also makes training fun and enjoyable.
6. Become part of a community - Our goal at Beyond Fit is to support the community of our members and the who in which we all live. We will run incentives to raise money, foods, toys, etc. for local charities and food drives.

"Tammy is the complete package. I'm a fairly experienced athlete and was looking for a program in the spring that would help me lean out for summer while not sacrificing the hard fought muscle I put on over the winter. Tammy developed a custom workout and nutrition program for me that incorporated all the activities I like to do (weight lifting, running and biking) with some new and challenging workouts to help me hit my goal. Beyond that, she provided a consistent stream of encouragement and motivation...as well as the occasional and needed tough love when I wanted to slack.
