The only equipment you'll need is your bodyweight and maybe a timer.
Do 5 rounds of 30 seconds of each: Jump Rope, Burpee and 3 step run (skaters with a middle step).
Then do 5 rounds of 20 squat jumps, 30 total high knees and 40 total punches (punch the air).
Finish with a 5 min As Many Rounds As Possible: lunge walk up 20-30 yards then run back to the start point and lunge walk back. Continue this combo for 5 mins.
