Perform 21 reps of the 6 exercise, then 18 reps of the 6 exercises and so on until you complete 9 reps of the 6 exercises.
You'll need: -Barbell with weights -Mat -Space for burpees
Perform 30 seconds of the 3 exercises, rest after the 3rd exercise and complete 3 full rounds.
You need: -Barbell with weight -Mat -Room to move side to side For this workout, you'll need a barbell.
Complete 8 rounds of 10 repetitions per each of the 7 exercises. |
