The most frustrating part of joining a gym

You must be frustrated by this too! I don’t know anyone who has belonged to a “big box” gym who hasn’t experienced this.

So you got to a tipping point with your weight, you joined a gym with hopes you would lose weight. Unsure of how to use the equipment,  you ask the employees to show you a few things. To your surprise, they couldn’t be bothered by your question and need for help. Which is no surprise because most gym staff have ZERO fitness background. Or the other option your met with is to sign up for an appointment with one of the personal trainers, whose schedule is so booked, you have to wait 3 weeks.

Yeah, that's right! We quit!

What did we quit?! 

Group exercise classes that are jammed packed full of bodies, with very little space to do your work and too many participants per coach! 

Why did we quit Group Exercise?!
