Now I know what to cook when I go to the gym. I really wanted to search for a simple pre-workout recipe. I believe that this will perfectly suit my diet and daily regime. I've been losing a lot of energy lately, because of overloaded school and work. Through this, I can be more energized when I go to the gym afterwards. Thank you so much and I hope that you can post more simple workout recipes.
