Directions: Add VERY thinly sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, diced red pepper, and sesame seeds to a medium size bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl mix together rice wine vinegar, honey, toasted sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and sea salt. I spoke to a nutritionist before and she says cucumbers and other vegetables can really cure cancer. They have enough anti oxidants and if taken in large amounts, they can significantly increase our bodies' ability to heal itself. It's impossible to take the required amount though if you will just eat them. You might develop a jaw injury, gas problems and indigestion. The only way we can maximize it's benefits is if we juice them together with other vegetables. We need two cups to keep healthy and ten glasses of vegetable juice to fight off dread diseases.
