This is a healthy recipe with my favorite white meat chicken. It is also nice that Avocado is included in the recipe. Perfect for any party or gathering. I personally will try this as a healthy substitute for pork or beef patty. Avocado itself is high in fiber, potassium, Vitamin C and B-6. I hope you will share more healthy recipe for your followers.
