Our Beginners Program is for people who maybe have been out of the gym a long time or have NEVER worked out before and struggle getting started.
We are going to hold 2 private sessions per week, Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30-7:00pm. Group size is limited to 8 people.
We’ll host a kickoff event and go over all the info during that meeting. We’re working to provide all the tools you need in order to be 100% successful at reaching your goals
