Fitness for Beginners

Do you want to get health(ier) and start to exercise but aren't sure how to start? Maybe you feel intimidated by the thought of going into a gym with a bunch of people and not knowing what you're doing.

​We have a program just for you! We'll help you get started, get strong(er), learn about exercise and nutrition and have you back to feeling amazing in just 4 short weeks!
Our Beginners Program is for people who maybe have been out of the gym a long time or have NEVER worked out before and struggle getting started.

We are going to hold 2 private sessions per week, Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30-7:00pm. Group size is limited to 8 people. 

We’ll host a kickoff event and go over all the info during that meeting. We’re working to provide all the tools you need in order to be 100% successful at reaching your goals
