Aside form working out, the food that we eat plays an important role on how much we desire to be fit. This green smoothie that you formulated looks perfect! It doesn’t require too much ingredients, just the necessary ones! Though there were reviews saying that this kind of smoothie is something that you need to bear because of its taste, I still want to try it. We all have different tastebuds; what’s delicious on my opinion might taste bad for you, vice versa. Overall, being healthy is a combined effort of all factors!
