You've worked hard all of 2017, but this year we'll work with you to ensure you will be even more determined, focused and dedicated to work towards your health and fitness goals.

For 2018 we are even more dedicated to giving you amazing results faster than any other program with our trademark Accelerated Fat Burn program. In addition to the program, we've planned some exciting, motivational and educational events. Let's have some fun this year and be the fittest parents on the sidelines! 


For those of you who may be on the fence or taking a break, we wanted to reward your efforts by providing a 6 week workout program that will get you lean, toned and feeling amazing. You can use this program to supplement your program at your gym or even at home. The program is highly-effective, we've tested it ourselves.

​Have you made your 2018 resolutions? Most of the time when we make goals, we just get the surface goal. "I want to lose 20lbs". When you hit 20 lbs, then what? Or if you're not seeing the results quick enough, how quickly do you give up and go back to your old ways?

This year, we're challenging you to go 6 more layers beyond your resolution. Ask yourself, "what's important to me about my goal", then the same questions 5 more times "what's important about the previous answer to me"? Keep those answers in front of you at all times and I guarantee you'll reach your goal and never look back.

There are some exciting plans in the works at Beyond Fit for 2018!
  • We are implementing a weekly workout program, we call it our Accelerated Fat Burn Program! You'll be challenged to lift heavier, move better & faster and keep your heart rate in the Fat Burn Zone. You're progress will be measured by the amount of weight you lift weekly and you're endurance during each workout. We'll measure progress on our white board and move towards displaying individual workout results on a TV.
  • We are working to plan some awesome events this year! To name a few:
    • Grand Opening/Ribbon-cutting Ceremony (1/12/18 @ 11am)
    • New You Challenge (Starts 1/15/18)
    • Ultimate YOU Seminar (Feb)
    • Beyond Fit Beast Mode (February)

    • Beyond Fit Prom (MAY)
    • Field Day (JUNE)
    • Wine Run @ Blair Vineyard (July)
    • Running Club (Spring & Summer)
    • Superhero Challenge (TBA)
    • Ultimate YOU Part 2 (August)
    • Obstacle Run (August)
    • Bootcamp for the ASPCA (SEPT)
    • Burpees for Boobies (October)
    • Turkey Trot 5/10k (November)
    • Holiday Partttaayyyy (December)
    • Ladies Night Out: Craft Night with Calli BYOB (TBA)
  • We'll also continue our monthly Workout & Sample every second Friday.
  • The Happy Hour Workout will continue every third Friday. 
  • DrumFIT is coming back, every first and fourth Friday at 5:30pm
