Harvard researchers found that keeping fresh flowers in your home can actually help beat anxiety and bad moods.
They also reported that people who felt more enthusiastic and energetic when it came to their work, and also were even more compassionate toward other people.
Pretty cool huh? It doesn’t have to be expensive… you can even pick a few beauties right from nature if you’d like! And.. it doesn’t even have to be a flower! It can also be a plant 🌱
