Since I am gluten-free breakfast foods can be limiting, however, I have discovered a way to still enjoy typical gluten breakfast items without suffering the indigestion that follows.
The recipes below is made with Syntha-6 protein from BSN, but you can use any protein and any flavor. The recipe I used is: 1 scoop of protein 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 whole egg 1 egg white 1 tsp cinnamon powder Water/milk for consistency (Pic. #5) Add the scoop of protein, baking powder and cinnamon powder in one bowl. Then add in the egg and egg white. Mix until ingredients are blended. Add water or milk to turn into batter. Turn on the waffle iron and spray with oil. Add mixture to iron and cook to your liking.
