MEmber Highlight: Michelle Saccone

​“Make time for it. Just get it done. Nobody ever got strong or in shape by thinking about it. They did it.”
​That’s exactly how Michelle felt when she walked in for her 30 min Meet & Greet last month. Since then she has increased her goal from 3 workouts per week to an admirable 5 workouts per week. Michelle gives her all each and every time she works out and her results attest to this hard work!

Before she started, Michelle struggled to get into a gym, then with what to do or if she was even doing the movement correctly. She was tired of saying the “one day” and “someday” and she knew the time was now. With our guidance, support and accountability Michelle has reached more than her 10 visits and she’s well on her way to hit 25 visits.

Michelle has even said that “getting on and off the floor” at work has become MUCH easier! =)

Keep up the great work Michelle, we’re all really proud of you!
