It’s also pretty popular in Hollywood these days- as people like Hugh Jackman, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez swear by it.
Whether you call it “intermittent fasting” (aka IF) or “early time-restricted feeding,” it involves intentionally taking a “break” from eating for anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. IF has been shown to: 🔥Lower Insulin Levels 🔥Enhance Recovery & Reduce Inflammation 🔥Boost your metabolism 🔥Increase Fat Burning, 🔥Help with Cellular Regeneration Also, it stands to reason that if you’re eating for fewer hours a day, there’s a good chance you’re eating less overall, helping to lose weight if that’s a goal. Pretty impressive huh? It’s not nearly as bad as you think. That’s why this week I’m challenging you to try something different! Are you up for trying IF this week? Let’s try it for TWO days. You pick the days. Let’s have our last meal before 7 p.m. and eat our first meal at 11 a.m. the next day. Are you going to join us? I hope so!
