Actually I am thinking of going through all these. I have all the free time in the world right now. I don't mind spending hours just to try all these. Again, it really wouldn't hurt. I used to be afraid of developing muscles. I thought my baby fats would transform into something hideous. Lately I realize it's more important to be healthier rather than to just look beautiful. If I were given the chance to choose one for the incoming week, I would choose Love. The word love is so broad and it means a lot to people. For me, love is simply the cause of happiness. Imagine every person have love in their hearts and has the avoidance of war and hatred or what so ever, I guess the Earth would be really happy and at peace. The burdens we have in life is just a part of it. It is the stages in order for us to grow and become someone who is reliable to ourself. At the end of the day, we only have ourself and is the only we can depend on. Love is really such a big word. It does not hurt, but it sacrifices. The true treasure we can have is the peace of mind.
