Your challenge this week is to eat at least 4-5 different color fruits and veggies EVERY single day this week! Have fun and try some new things that you’ve never had before. Thank you for all the trivia! If we surround ourselves with healthy vegetables, let us expect that we will live a healthier life. Actually, I don't eat vegetables and fruits often before. But when I realized that healthy living is the only key to a happier and longer life, I realized that I need to do it despite the fact that I was so hesitant that time. I hate leafy vegetables as well as the other types because those are said to be the keys that will deliver me to a healthier life. After months of doing it, I a achieved what I wanted to achieve. I couldn't be happier.
