My awesome friend and training partner, Molly, shows us how it's done!
We did a circuit paired with a treadmill run for 3 minutes. We had to keep going through the circuit until we reached 2 miles during your 3 minute run.
The circuit looked a little like this:
2 kettlebell swing x 20
2 KB Underhand row x 20
Squat Jump x 20
Diamond Push-ups x 20
Single Leg Burpee x 10/ leg
3 minute run
