THE 800 Calorie Workout
How do you workout for just 45 minutes, but burn 800 calories? Is that impossible? Nope!
My awesome friend and training partner, Molly, shows us how it's done!
We did a circuit paired with a treadmill run for 3 minutes. We had to keep going through the circuit until we reached 2 miles during your 3 minute run.
The circuit looked a little like this:
2 kettlebell swing x 20
2 KB Underhand row x 20
Squat Jump x 20
Diamond Push-ups x 20
Single Leg Burpee x 10/ leg
3 minute run
