TV is great…. and it can be very entertaining and informative, but so are so many other things we may be missing out on.

Watching TV has been linked to obesity, sleep difficulties, behavioral problems, lower grades, and many health issues.

Our bodies are not designed to be sitting and watching TV! Let’s spend our nights being active, spending time with family, and having fun instead of plopping down in front of the tube!
