Based on what was written in the white board, I can assume that all routines are hard to do. Definitely, not for the first timers who want to try cross-fit. Cross fit training is a process; it start from the easiest until you reached the hardest. Though every process might be draining, your have all the choice to pass for a while to keep on going. You know what should never be part of the process? To quit. We should never say "no!" to our coaches when they are pushing to to our limits because they only want result from us!
