I think we have all been weekend warriors at some point in our lives. I am not sure about others but for me, it's always a battle with myself. I know I should be adding more physical activities in my weekend schedule but I just don't have the will. Sometimes I would rather sleep and say to myself "Who am I kidding?". I guess the only reason we should be doing all these is to make ourselves feel better. If we are doing it for another person other than our self, we will not get the motivation we need because most likely no one else is interested in our progress.
