Complete 18 repetitions of the 6 exercises, then 15 reps of the 6 exercises, 12 reps and then finish with a round of 9 reps of each.
You'll need a barbell or dumbbell, a mat for the abs and plate/dumbbell.
Then finish with the rep pyramid, do 10 reps of the BB curl, then 10 reps of the dumbbell kickback...continue to 9 reps of each, 8 reps of each and so on until you get down to 1 and 1.
