This workout is a bodyweight workout, so you won't need equipment.

Round 1 you'll do each exercise for 60 seconds and rest 30 seconds between each of the 8 exercises.

Round 2 you'll do 40 seconds of each exercise and rest for 20 seconds between each of the 8 exercises.

Round 3 you'll do 30 seconds of each exercise and rest for 15 seconds between each of the 8 exercises.

Since you called this as a "bodyweight workout", I wish nothing but the best for you. I am hoping that you will achieve the goals you have set for yourself because we both know that any kinds of workout can be so complicated! That's why we need to encourage ourselves to be industrious on these routines so you can achieve the result you have been wanting to have. I know that it's going to be rough and tough, but the result will be visible if you will work hard for it!
