The point is, we all have our own “stuff” we need to get better at.
This week, I’m challenging you to spend a minute or two to really think about something YOU want to focus on this week….and then work on that thing! Here’s how to set yourself up for success…. Example: Step 1: determine your FOCUS for the week: Drinking more water Step 2: determine WHY this is important to you: I lack energy and drink too much caffeine, my skin is dry, and I know that I will feel better. Step 3: determine how to MEASURE success: I’m going to drink 75 ounces of water each day (not including water consumed during my workouts) Step 4: determine how to TRACK success: I’m going keep track in my journal. (If it’s something you need to schedule in your calendar- do that also!) Step 5: determine your REWARD: Besides feeling awesome, I’m going to buy that book I’ve been wanting to read! If you take this seriously, you can have a truly productive week! So whether your challenge has to do with eating more veggies, getting more sleep, spending more time with family, or clearing out all of your emails, spend a few minutes to figure out what goal or habit you want to focus on this week. Once you’ve got it, share it with the rest of us in a comment below so we can all support each other!

If you're about to make a challenge, make sure that you're going to learn from it. Most of the people are saying "yes" to a challenge just because it's the trend. They don't look at the bigger picture and the desire to learn isn't there. They just do it for fame and nothing else. If we will earn to accept challenges, we should make sure that there is something beneficial we can get from it; a special learning that you will get from the challenge you want to grab. By the way, I want to say yes to your challenge I just have several inhibitions!
